Capture the authentic essence of Piedmont,

a new adventure in every season

Wine tasting

A selection of piedmontese wines in the Cellar

Tailor-made for wine enthusiasts, the tasting will be a true journey through the flavors of the region. The selection of wines will be paired with small samples of piedmontese classics.

You will be guided through a variety of wine tastings that will connect you with the region. Our land is rich in Nebbiolo grapes, our pride and joy, which also produce the famous Barolo.

Truffle hunting

Immerse yourself in one of Piedmont's oldest and most fascinating traditions

Truffle Hunting is more than just an excursion, but an exclusive ritual, a sensory journey into the heart of the forest. Accompanied by the silence of nature and the unerring scent of the dogs, you will experience firsthand the magic of discovering the famous Alba White Truffle, often called “white gold” for its rarity and exquisite flavor, another luxury offered by nature. This experience is more than a hunt: it’s a profound connection with the land, a cultural heritage we are proud to share, in a setting of sustainable luxury and absolute privacy. The thrill of seeing these precious gems, white or black, emerge from the soil is a memory you’ll take home with you, a symbol of a truly unforgettable food and wine holiday in Piedmont.

Pic-Nic

Near the Relais, picnics can be organized in the surrounding countryside with truly breathtaking views. To enjoy the piedmont hills on foot or by bike (just ask us for the most picturesque and secret hideouts depending on the season), we can prepare a picnic basket with selected Italian delicacies.

Lavender

Just steps from the Relais, one of Italy’s most beautiful lavender fields awaits you during the months of June and July. After a stroll through the fields, with their colors and scents, the night becomes even more magical. Lavender is renowned for its health benefits, relieving stress and anxiety, and improving sleep, as well as having a natural, relaxing scent.

Wine harvest

Join the Magic! Immerse yourself in the golden hues of autumn in our hills, where the vineyards burst into life during Piedmont’s vibrant grape harvest season. From mid-September to early October, it’s time to celebrate nature’s generosity, immerse yourself in the rhythm of life in the vineyard, and savor the rich traditions of winemaking. Our village hosts the Harvest Festival every September. As the harvest turns into a celebration, you can also experience the ancient grape pressing and barefoot walking.

Trekking / e-biking

Enjoy the beauty of the surroundings during your stay. Numerous scenic trails depart from Relais Conac 1888, suitable for short, easy strolls and challenging uphill hikes. Combine the pleasure of exercise with exploring Piedmont. To best enjoy the piedmont hills, you can choose a hiking trail or rent an e-bike.

Panoramic tour in an ultralight plane

Choose to experience our region from above, an experience among the clouds, above the hills with magnificent landscapes, aboard an ultralight aircraft. You’ll experience the thrill of leaving the runway and beginning your flight over the hills of Piedmont, among green hills, medieval villages, castles, and ancient abbeys.

Carriage ride through the surrounding hills

One of the most authentic and natural ways to discover Piedmont is a carriage ride. It’s a way to let time pass slowly, a return to ancient traditions, simplicity, and even a direct contact for animal lovers. For an even more unforgettable adventure, bring a picnic basket.

Thursday market in the streets of the town

Every thursday, from approximately 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, the weekly market is held in the town streets. Take a stroll just outside the gate and discover the slow pace of local life and their traditions. Grab a gelato in the square, a coffee at the bar, and listen to the chatter of passersby, a simple way to immerse yourself in the daily life of this place.

Board games

Board games are always available. What better way to enjoy life than with a glass of wine, good company, and a simple game from times gone by?
